  1. Briefing meeting with you to agree:-
    • the objectives of the research in relation to the website
    • the recruitment criteria for the target sample
    • question areas and stimulus material
  2. RPM Research recruits representatives of your target market in groups of six
  3. Respondents attend in-depth, experiential focus group sessions in our lab-based facilities
  4. RPM Research provides detailed analysis and presents report with strategic recommendations
