RPM Research was established in 1986 by Gary Trueman MMRS and David Lewis MMRS, both trained psychologists and Full Members* of the Market Research Society.

For many years, RPM Research specialised in providing full-service consumer research to the music and entertainment industries (as reflected by a visit to our main website http://www.rpmresearch.com)

Since the explosion of e-commerce and the digital age, consumer attitudes to our client websites have become an increasing part of our business. What was initially just one component of a typical research project started to become the main focus of many of our ad-hoc projects. In direct response to this growth in our business, RPM Research has now launched a dedicated website research and evaluation service known as WebCheck.

 

*The MMRS grade of Full Member, and its accompanying MMRS designation, conveys to clients and researchers the attainment of professional status within market research. MRS Full Members are fully qualified, professionally competent researchers. Like all MRS members, they comply with the MRS Code of Conduct and are subject to its disciplinary procedure.
